This bid solicitation is being issued to fulfill the requirement of the Department of Citizenship and Immigration Canada, hereinafter known as Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to acquire Open Source Software Technical Support for Fluentd and Prometheus, which are key components of the Enterprise Monitoring Platform (EMP).
Canada is seeking to establish a contract for Open Source Software Technical Support as defined in Appendix "D", Statement of Work, for three (3) years including all options.
