The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Information Operations has issued solicitation SP470925F0037P00004 to provide a six-month extension of professional and technical services for the Enterprise Workflow Support Capability (EWSC). The EWSC is a critical enterprise-wide information system that utilizes a multi-tenant virtual infrastructure to support approximately 1,000 global users. The system serves as an administrative enabler by providing tailored software solutions, real-time data exchanges, and workflow automation to improve productivity and reduce government costs. The place of performance is located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, with contract administration handled by the DLA Contracting Service Office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This requirement is being awarded as a sole-source procurement under FAR 16.507-6(b)(3) and FAR 52.217-8, citing economy, efficiency, and the protection of government investment. The award is justified based on the contractor's unique institutional knowledge of the RSA Archer platform and their experience as a prior subcontractor, which mitigates mission risk and avoids the operational disruptions associated with onboarding a new vendor. While specific pricing and contract values are not disclosed, the government has assessed price reasonableness through an Independent Government Cost Estimate and historical pricing. The primary objective of this extension is to ensure the continuity of critical security workflows and maintain the stability of the EWSC ecosystem.
