Environmental And Planning Consulting Services For North Bluff Amendments And Rezone

The City of Del Mar is seeking environmental and planning consulting services for amendments to the North Bluff area and related rezoning actions under Solicitation Number 2026-06, with proposals due by August 21, 2026. The contract is structured as a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) aimed at securing a professional consultant to perform environmental review under CEQA, update zoning codes including RM-North, revise the Local Coastal Program and Community Plan, and produce associated map exhibits and regulatory documentation.
