Solicitation Description


The Government has a requirement for non-personal Environmental Program Compliance support services located in Jacksonville, Florida.


Scope of Work:
The Contractor shall provide on-site technical and administrative support to manage and execute the installation's hazardous and non-hazardous waste compliance program. Key responsibilities include:


  • Conducting weekly compliance inspections of approximately 60 Satellite Accumulation Areas (SAAs) across the 911-acre facility.

  • Performing accurate waste characterization and profiling in accordance with Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) standards.

  • Verifying proper labeling, packaging, and staging of waste containers (estimated 60-70 drums per month).

  • Preparing draft environmental regulatory reports, compliance logs, and corrective action recommendations.


Contract Details:
The Government anticipates awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) commercial services contract under FAR Part 12. The anticipated Period of Performance includes a 12-month Base Period and four (4) 12-month Option Periods.
