The City of Redlands is soliciting environmental and planning consulting services for a proposed fire station project, targeting a 1–1.5 acre site near Lugonia Avenue and Judson Street in California. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the PlanetBids portal by the deadline of August 13, 2026, using a strictly defined format that includes seven required components, with the cost proposal submitted as a separate file labeled “Fee Proposal” followed by the firm’s name—failure to comply results in disqualification. All pricing must be firm-fixed, itemized for optional services, and include hourly rates for key personnel and subconsultants, with a preferred not-to-exceed fee structure.
