The Department of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) requires environmental services for various projects to be undertaken at NRCan sites across Canada on an “as and when required basis” for various environmental services under the following streams:STREAM 1: Environmental Site AssessmentSTREAM 2: Fuel Storage Tank ManagementSTREAM 3: Management of Halocarbon Containing EquipmentSTREAM 4: Wastewater ManagementSTREAM 5: Solid Non-Hazardous Waste ManagementSTREAM 6: Hazardous Materials ManagementSTREAM 7: Air Contaminant Emissions StudiesSTREAM 8: Building Asbestos ManagementSTREAM 9: Legionella ManagementPotential project locations may include, but are not limited to:Pacific Forestry Center, Victoria, BCNorthern Forestry Center, Edmonton, ABCanmet ENERGY Research Centre, Devon, ABGeological Survey of Canada, Calgary, ABPrince Albert Satellite Station, Prince Albert, SKGreat Lakes Forestry Center, Sault Ste Marie, ONCanmet MATERIALS, Hamilton, ONBells Corners Complex and Booth Street Complex, Ottawa, ONCanmet ENERGY Research Centre, Varennes, QCLaurentian Forestry Center, Québec, QCAtlantic Forestry Center, Fredericton, NBNRCan intends to award up to two (2) Standing Offers in each region for each stream:Atlantic (NB, NS, NL)QuebecOntario (not including the NCR)National Capital Region (NCR)British Columbia & AlbertaSaskatchewan & ManitobaThe period of the SO shall be for two (2) years with the option to extend the period of the SO for up to three (3) additional one-year periods.There are security requirements associated with the requirement of the Standing Offer.
