Environmental Monitoring System Framework

The Victoria and Albert Museum has established a multi-supplier framework for the provision of Environmental Monitoring System hardware, software, and related services to replace an existing system reaching its end of life in 2027. This framework, identified by solicitation number VA/CON/F25/29, is designed to ensure the continued monitoring of environmental conditions across the museum galleries. The contract has a total value of 20,000,000 pounds excluding VAT and will run for four years from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2030. Five suppliers have been awarded contracts under this framework: Bevart AS, Charp BV, Conserv Solutions, Inc., Invisible Systems Limited, and KP Acoustics Limited.
