Environmental Planning & CEQA Compliance

This subcontract for Environmental Planning and CEQA Compliance supports prime contractors on residential projects within the City of Los Angeles. The primary objective is to perform environmental reviews and prepare the necessary filings to secure categorical exemptions under the California Environmental Quality Act. The scope of work involves analyzing project impacts according to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 and Section 15303, as well as preparing exception statements for Section 15300.2. The final deliverable for this engagement is a filed and accepted CEQA Categorical Exemption notice.
