Environmental Proficiency Testing

The Ogden Air Logistics Center Contracting Directorate is conducting market research to determine the existence of potential small business sources to perform Environmental Proficiency Testing services at Hill AFB, UT. The information in this notice is based on the best and most current information available to date. This information is subject to change and is not binding to the Government. Updated information will be provided in future announcements and posted electronically on the Federal Business opportunities homepage at www.fbo.gov. The Government shall not reimburse the costs of preparing responses to this request for information. The Ogden Air Logistics Center Contracting Directorate (AFMC), Hill Air Force Base (AFB), Utah, intends to issue a request for quote in June 2016 timeframe for the acquisition of requirement description services performed at Hill AFB UT. The estimated contract period including all options is 1 July 2016 through 30 June 2021. The contractor shall provide management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary for Annual Certification of the Environmental Proficiency Testing for Asbestos, Paint, Soil, Dust Wipe, and Metal. Services include: Bulk Asbestos Proficiency Analytical Testing (BAPAT) Asbestos Industrial Hygiene Proficiency Analytical Testing (IHPAT) Paint Environmental Lead Proficiency Analytical Testing (ELPAT) Soil Environmental Lead Proficiency Analytical Testing (ELPAT) Dust Wipe Environmental Lead Proficiency Analytical Testing (ELPAT) Metal Industrial Hygiene Proficiency Analytical Testing (IHPAT) The NAICS code for this requirement is 541380.
