Services are in accordance with clause 52.212-4. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed-Price contract resulting from this solicitation. DESC reserves the right to make contract award based on the initial offer submitted. DESC-BXA is soliciting for the following services. 1001: Proposal for the monthly NPDES sampling per requirements. Proposal should include costs for 12 events (months) and all necessary reporting. The first required sampling event is during June, 2009. 1002: Conduct the 2009 Fall Groundwater Monitoring per Permit requirements. The first proposed sampling event is during the first week of October 2009. 1003: Mow and trim vegetation on the facility property once a month for during the growing season?. 1004: A proposal for sampling and reporting required by EPA 308 letter. Conduct the sampling during July 2009. Offerors will submit a quote for the services stated above.
