TITLE: Environmental Site Assessment ServicesDESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:Real Property Safety and Security (RPSS) within Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) conducts and manages site assessment, site characterization and environmental compliance based audit projects on property that DFO owns or has an interested in.As part of this Standing Offer, RPSS requires environmental site assessment and control management services on an as-and-when required basis, in the Pacific Region, such as:Hazardous Building Materials Assessments and Control Management PlansIndoor Environmental Quality SamplingPotable Water Risk Assessments and Control Management Plans andOther occupational health and safety and environmental risk expertise and consulting services.It is Department’s intention to authorize up to two (2) Standing Offers. The total dollar value of all Standing Offers is estimated to be $300,000.00 (Applicable Taxes excluded) annually. Individual call-ups will vary, up to a maximum of $50,000.00 (Applicable Taxes included).
