EOI26 216 Archive Shelving

The District invites submissions of Expression of Interest from established and experienced contractors to supply and install new Archive Shelving at Municipal Hall located at 750, 17th Street in West Vancouver. The contract includes the provision of all design and engineering, labour, materials, equipment, delivery, installation, and associated services required for the supply and installation of the storage systems. This includes, but is not limited to, mobile shelving, oversize mobile shelving, static shelving for records, plan cabinets, lateral art racks, and art cabinets. The District is looking for a long-term supplier, and subject to successful performance and mutual agreement, the contract may be extended for multiple years and expanded to include similar work.This Expression of Interest (EOI) is being issued electronically on the BC Bid website bcbid.gov.bc.ca) where any interested party may download the EOI document directly from this website under ‘Documents’.It is the responsibility of the Respondent to check this website for any updated information and addenda issued before the closing date.BC Bid ®is the only authorized website for District of West Vancouver bidding opportunities.
