THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for GLAS 4 system software provided by Electronic Online Systems Intl (EOS Intl). Period of performance is 1 October 2012 to 30 Sep 2013. Four one-year options may be awarded. This is a Sole Source with EOS Intl. IAW FAR 6.302-1. EOS Intl is the only source capable of fulfilling the government's requirement due to extensive costs involved in changing proprietary software and migrating over 17,500 cataloging records, as well as manpower needed to perform this change in an already budget-constrained environment. No solicitation documents exist at this time. This item/service utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 541519. This requirement has not been funded and is subject to availability of funds. Interested firms may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/LGCB has determined that EOS Intl is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
