AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE: Please ignore the response deadline that appears in the Ariba Discovery posting. You must submit your bid and all required supporting documentation by 1400 EST on 14 December, 2022. All bids submitted after 1400 EST will be declared non-responsive. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the services of Fairness Monitors to observe or monitor departmental procurement activities in order to provide independent assurance to the department, its clients, industry, Parliament and Canadians that these activities are conducted with integrity, accountability, and in a fair, open and transparent manner. This solicitation is intended to result in the award of up to Six (6) Contracts with Task Authorizations (TA), and one (1) Contract with Task Authorizations (TA) as an Aboriginal Set-Aside. The period of the Contracts will be for five year, from issuance, with the irrevocable option to extend the contracts by five additional one year periods under the same conditions. There are security requirements associated with the requirement.
