AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by June 9, 2026 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Agriculture and Agri Foods Canada, requires a contractor to perform electrical system upgrades. The work includes removal and replacement of the existing customer owned main pad-mounted transformer for the London Hydro utility service connection with a new utility owned transformer, including modifications to the primary and secondary underground feeders to suit the newly proposed transformer location. Additionally, the existing main breaker within the existing switchboard and three existing power distribution panels will be removed and replaced with new in the main electrical room. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within 30 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
