Full Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) intends to negotiate and award a new sole source contract to Siemens Government Technologies, Inc., 2231 Crystal Drive, Suite 700, Arlington VA 22202-3711. This contract will provide software maintenance, to include; upgrades, version updates, patches, and technical support for existing eQube software products. The proposed contract action will be awarded pursuant to the authority provided in FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No phone inquiries will be entertained. However, responsible interested parties may submit a capability statement in which they identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement in writing via e-mail to the attention of Erik Seastrand, erik.seastrand@navy.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for any information received. The Government intends to use the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, for this acquisition.
