The Department of the Army, through the Guam Army National Guard, is seeking to establish a Single Award Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Equipment Calibration and Repair Services to support the Medical Detachment (MEDDET) in Guam. This BPA is intended to streamline procurement for calibration and repair services, with individual calls against the BPA not to exceed $250,000 and each call limited to $25,000. The BPA is not a contract but a pre-arranged agreement that sets terms for future orders, which will be issued on a twelve-month basis as needed. The government will select one vendor to support this requirement and retains the flexibility to add or remove vendors if deemed in its best interest. The solicitation emphasizes small business participation under a total small business set-aside, with responses due by July 18, 2025. The process involves submitting signed instructions, a price proposal, a technical capabilities statement, and the SF30 form via the designated procurement platform. The government has indicated that funds are available but reserves the right to cancel the solicitation at any time, and no costs will be reimbursed if canceled. The contract details, including the scope, procedures, and points of contact, are outlined to facilitate the procurement process for qualified small business vendors interested in providing calibration and repair services to support military medical operations in Guam.
