THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Reference #: N0025917N0082. Naval Medical Center San Diego intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source, to Combat Medical Systems, LLC; 5555 Harrisburg Industrial Park, Dr.; Harrisburg, NC, 28075-7407. The objective of this sole source award is to acquire ER-REBOA Catheters (24ea), and ER-REBOA Catheter Introducer Sets (25ea). Salient Characteristics must include: 1. 7 French size catheter 2. Catheter must preclude the need for additional surgical repair at the access site 3. Catheter must not require multiple wire exchanges 4. Provide simultaneous arterial pressure monitoring CLIN 0001: ER-REBOA Catheters; Quantity: 24; Unit of Issue: each; Date Material Required: July 07, 2017; Shipping is to be included with the price of the materials.
