--ERBE Electrosurgical Unit & Argon Plasma Coagulator System

The North Atlantic Regional Contracting Office, 6900 Georgia Ave. NW, Washington, DC intends to negotiate with ERBE-USA Inc., 2225 Northwest Parkway, Marietta, GA 30067 to provide ERBE Electrosurgical System and Argon Plasma Coagulation Unit. The proposed action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)2. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
