The contract involves funding to support the ongoing development, modernization, and enhancement of the FDA's Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) activities specifically for CDER's electronic certificate and tracking system known as CDEReCATS. This system facilitates the external electronic submission of Certificates of Pharmaceutical Product (CPP) applications and integrates with internal FDA databases to streamline the review process. The goal of this contract is to improve office productivity, enhance the accuracy and quality of certificate request information, and expedite the issuance of CPPs, including their electronic forms. Administered by the Food and Drug Administration, the funding will enable continued advancement of CDEReCATS to support more efficient processing and management of CPP applications.
