The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary for four (4) pre-fabrication buildings and an electrical power distribution system(s) at YS-19-75, Camp Higashi Chitose, Hokkaido, Japan Ground Self Defense Force (JGSDF), Japan in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS), attached drawings, and commercial and local standards and practices. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement. Note 3: Drawings are not attached uploaded PWS. The offerors shall contact POC via email to receive the drawings. Note 4: Site visit will be conducted on To Be Determine (TBD). All offerors shall be at gate on TBD. If your company request to participate in the site visit, the offerors shall submit an uploaded gate pass request form to contract administrator NLT at TBD. Note 5: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. Note 6: It is the offerors' responsibility to confirm the email or fax is successfully received by the contract specialist.
