This is a commercial purchase for hardware and will include problem diagnosis, on-site support, with parts and materials provides as needed. This will include a 4-hour onsite response; 24 hours standard office days (24 hours, day 6; 24 hours day 7) including holidays. This will include defective media retention with no usage limitations and some remote delivery service. This product is intended to keep the SIL hardware in usable working conditions with minimal down time. The E-SIEM solution runs on HP equipment with an approved capability system. The current HP Operating System and maintenance support will provide a lab environment for the Department with a unique capability unlike other SIEM technologies whereas the E-SIEM capability enables a cohesive "SHARED SITUATIONAL AWARENESS" in real-time approach across all sectors of the DoD Information Network Cyberspace Operations.
