Requirement: Public Works & Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the services of an architectural firm (Consultant), acting as the Prime Consultant with a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants for the delivery of services required for this project. The entire Stanley Knowles Building, located in Winnipeg, MB, requires substantial renovation and recapitalization work to appropriately accommodate the User Departments. The project requires design Work to complete renovations, upgrades, and modernization to the base building systems (stairs, common areas, all access washrooms, front entrance, mechanical and electrical systems, etc.), while ensuring the protection of heritage value. The scope of fit-up work consists of new fit-up work for office space to accommodate a new shared office space for Indigenous Services Canada (ISC), Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC), and Natural Resources Canada (NRCan), as further described in the Terms of Reference.
