This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number Doc5021474921 dated February 19, 2025 with a closing of March 14, 2025 at 12:00 MDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. Work of this Contract at the Stony Mountain Institution is comprised of the following: Abatement and removal of asbestos containing materials (ACM) and mould associated with pipe insulation covering domestic water, steam, and steam condensate piping within the service tunnels and corridors of A Range, B Range, M Range, and the Greenhouse Tunnel. Evaluation of the condition of domestic water, steam, and steam condensate piping by both visual and non-destructive testing methods to determine sections of piping which require imminent replacement. Replacement of approved sections of piping. Re-insulation of remediated piping.
