The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to make available for purchase through the inmate purchasing program , inmate canteen and available for purchase by the institution, culturally appropriate hygiene products for ethnocultural offenders within our institutions.
Objectives: The Correctional Services of Canada recognizes the diversity of the offender population within our institutions and is seeking to expand its catalogue of products available through the inmate purchasing program, inmate canteen and available for purchase by the institution, to support the basic hygienic needs of its offenders.
