The City of New Westminster (the City) is seeking submissions for the provision of an EV Charging Network Management Software Platform to support the operation, monitoring, and administration of EV charging infrastructure. The City is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a secure, reliable, and scalable solution to support its expanding public and fleet EV charging network.The City seeks a solution that is flexible, future-ready, and capable of integrating with a range of EV charging equipment, open protocols, and evolving operational requirements. The platform should provide features such as remote monitoring and diagnostics, user and access management, reporting and analytics, payment and billing integration, firmware management, and interoperability with existing and future charging infrastructure.
