Failure to comply with BC Bid requirements is at the supplier’s own risk and BC Hydro does not assume any responsibility for the consequences of such non-compliance, including the supplier’s inability to submit a response to this or any other BC Hydro opportunity. *** Opportunity Details ***BC Hydro is seeking Proposals to meet its ongoing requirement for Electric Vehicle (EV) Managed Charging Services, allowing BC Hydro access to EV's in British Columbia (BC), to manage their charging, particularly during periods of high electricity demand. To prepare the suppliers for this upcoming RFP, BC Hydro anticipates hosting an informational meeting June 10th, 2026. Notice of the Informational Meeting will be posted to BC Bid soon after the RFP Posting.The Contract is expected to be for an initial term of (5) years, which may be extended for up to (5) year(s) through one or more contract extensions, for a potential total term of (10) years.This procurement may involve negotiation.This opportunity is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.All responses should be in English.
