Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. CSC requires a reliable and safe supply of potable water and emergency water used for firefighting purposes to serve the Saskatchewan Penitentiary (SaskPen) in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Also requires a new water pumping station, potable/fire water reservoir, and distribution infrastructure to replace the existing facility and distribution infrastructure at the SaskPen and the safe shut-down and disconnection of the existing pumphouse and reservoir following completion and full commissioning of the new pumphouse. The project requires design Work to construct a new water distribution facility, including pumping station and reservoir. The project shall be designed and completed in conformance with the requirements of the standards listed in Section 1.9 of the TOR. The project must be entirely independent, stand-alone for all power, systems and infrastructure. The design requires a utility support building (Pump House) housing all pumping infrastructure into a single footprint. This includes primary valves, meters, electrical components, back-up generator (with the integrated fuel tank), pumps, and ultraviolet (UV) systems and consideration for future system integration. Refer to Appendix B of the TOR for proposed location. See the Terms of Reference for more details.
