Transport Canada (TC) requires the services of up to three (3) Evaluation Services Consultant to perform a review to assess the overall effectiveness of TC’s Integrity System.Given the complexity of the requirement, Transport Canada is uncertain of how many resources it will take to complete the project. Therefore, we ask for three (3) resources, one (1) that will take on the entire project and two (2) additional resources that can be included in the project as and when required.The review will examine, the coverage, the Structure, Coordination between functional authorities, Timelines in resolving concerns/breaches and the employee’s awareness and engagement.The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract award to September 30, 2023.
