Evans High School Turf Request TC-12-03-26A

The Columbia County Board of Education is soliciting lump sum bids for the construction of a natural turf multipurpose practice field at Evans High School, located at 4555 Cox Road, Evans, Georgia. The scope of work encompasses comprehensive site preparation including clearing and grubbing, the construction of retaining walls, the installation of a gravel detention area with underdrains, and the addition of landscaping, fencing, and sports netting. Bids must be submitted to the office of the Columbia County Board of Education by December 3, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time. To be eligible for award, bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference on October 29, 2026, and demonstrate prior site construction experience on similar school or comparable projects.
