******Note amendments to approved sources and LPTA criteria****** The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) intends to procure Evaporative Coolers under Far 13.5 test program procedures. The solicitation will include one (1) NSN- 4120-01-481-6048. This solicitation will be for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), including a two (2)-year base term and three (3) one (1)-year options The Government anticipates award of a Fixed Price with EPA contract as a result of this solicitation. Annual Demand Quantity is 340 each for the base year(s) and each option year. Required delivery schedule will be 30 days after date of award. This acquisition will be subject to a Small Business set-aside. Award evaluation will be in accordance with Low Price, Technically acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Offers will be evaluated based on the lowest offered price which meets technical acceptability. Technical acceptability will be determined by whether a vendor offers a product that meets the specification requirements and whether the vendor can meet all the terms and conditions of the solicitation without exception. There are two approved manufacturers for NSN- 4120-01-481-6048. ADVANCED RADIANT SYSTEMS, INC. (1BKN4) P/N CS5-48-2B PORT A COOL LLC (4N0X9) P/N PAC2K482S-4 Proposals are invited only on a F.O.B. Destination basis. All deliveries are to be FOB-Destination to a DLA Depot. Subsequent to the solicitation closing date the Government may conduct a Reverse Auction (RA) with offerors considered in the competitive range. The Government intends to make award without discussions. Offerors are encouraged to submit their best offer in responding to this solicitation. The Government does reserve the right to conduct discussions, if necessary. Numbered notes 1, 9, 12 apply. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) AFTER April 25, 2009.
