This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii. The solicitation number is 1290523Q0146 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). iii. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2023-04 June 2, 2023 found at www. https://www.acquisition.gov/ iv. This solicitation is issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 333519 the small business size standard is 600. v. List CLINS, item descriptions, quantities and units of measure: Item Supplies/Services Qty Unit of Issue Unit Price Total Price 1 Evapotranspiration Sensors 5 EA $ - $ - vi. Description/Statement of Work/Specification: United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Pacific West Area (PWA), Horticultural Crops Production and Genetic Improvement Research Unit has a requirement for five (5) LI-COR LI-710 evapotranspiration sensors, or equivalent, at its facility located at Corvallis, OR. To be considered equal, the sensors must measure actual evapotranspiration (mm) using the eddy covariance method and operate continuously outdoors at temperatures in the range of 5-50 degrees Celsius. Additional output variables must include latent heat energy (W/m2), sensible heat flux (W/m2), vapor pressure deficit (kPa), air temperature (degrees C), dew point temperature (degrees C), relative humidity (%), ambient absolute humidity (g/m3), and ambient saturated vapor pressure (kPa). System must be compatible with data loggers that have at least a 100 Hz maximum scan rate and SDI-12 communications protocols. vii.
