The intent of this RFP is to establish Standing Offer Agreements with up to three (3) Proposers to provide, on an as and when required basis, event management and staging services.
The selected Proposers will not be guaranteed any work, but may be called upon from time to time to provide a quote for a particular event further detailed in a specific statement of requirements.
The proposed term of the SOA’s will be for a period of three (3) years with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods.
This RFP sets out the process by which a Proposer or Proposers will be identified for potential contract award or awards.
