The Office of Naval Intelligence intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106‑3 and FAR 6.302‑1(b)(ii). The proposed source is Polynesian Adventures, located in Honolulu, HI. The procurement is for ground transportation services to support a scheduled Government travel requirement occurring from 25 April to 02 May 2026. This requirement was previously supported in Fiscal Year 2024. Polynesian Adventures shall provide continued support for the existing requirement. This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the above‑referenced services.

This notice is being published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider any quotations received. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government is seeking a discount from the offeror’s schedule prices pursuant to FAR 8.404(d).
