The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement for evidence destruction. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written RFQ is attached. This RFQ does not commit the government to pay any cost incurred in the submission of a quotation or to award a contract for these services. It is also noted that the Contracting Officer is the only individual who may legally commit the Government to the expenditure of public funds in connection with this procurement. RFQ number: DJD-16-Q-0036 proposed procurement method is Full and Open competition. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 562213, "Solid Waste Combustors and Incinerators" and the Small Business Size Standard is $38,500,000.00. This RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular FAC 2005-87-2 issued 04/06/2016. The Government anticipates award of a single, firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement, based on Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable. All quotes will be evaluated. This acquisition incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of a clause may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov.
