The work consists of restoring and stabilization of the Two and Three Quarter Mile Creek in Kanawha County, West Virginia. Including the removal and disposal of trees, logs, stumps, shrubs, brush, and rubbish and the shaping of the channel, erosion control, the construction of rock riprap revetments and blankets, and furnishing, assembling, and installing rock-filled wire-mesh gabions and gabion mattresses. Among other things listed in the specifications. Total Small Business set-aside. A bid guarantee of 20 percent of the bid price or $3 million, whichever is less, must be submitted with any bid. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project is between $250,000 through $500,000.
