The USDA-NRCS is soliciting bids under the Emergency Watershed Protection Program for streambank stabilization work in McDowell County, West Virginia, to restore stream capacity by removing obstructive materials and stabilizing erosion-prone areas that threaten structures. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision required to complete the project in full compliance with federal, state, and local construction, safety, and labor regulations. The contractor assumes full responsibility for their equipment and will bear the cost of any loss or damage due to theft or vandalism, and is required to properly remove and dispose of all debris and excess materials from the site.
