This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number for this requirement is 2031JW24Q00016 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2023-05, effective September 22, 2023. (iv) This solicitation is 100% Small Business set-aside and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the requirement is 541611, - Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, and small business size standard is $24.5 million.
