NOTICE OF AMENDMENT 001 Please note the following has been amended and an amended RFQ (RFQ.Amendment 001) has been posted:1. The closing date of the Solicitation has been amended to January 14, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. (EST);2. The required Delivery Date has been amended to January 19, 2022; and3. The French title of the solicitation has been amended to “Exceed TurboX Premium licences et maintenance pour SSC”. NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT Shared Services Canada, 1280 Baseline Road, Tower 3, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, requires Exceed TurboX Premium Licenses and Maintenance. A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. The Bidder must submit pricing in accordance with Annex A – List of Deliverables and Pricing. Please refer to the Request for Quotations document for the complete details regarding this requirement including the mandatory criteria, evaluation criteria and basis of selection. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, suppliers are required to submit bids electronically through the Procure to Pay (P2P) portal. Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted, except in exceptional circumstances, for the subject bid solicitation. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
