Executive Assistance (EA) Services

The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) is conducting market research via a Sources Sought Notice to identify capable firms for office management and Senior Executive Service (SES) executive assistance support services for fiscal years 2027 through 2031. The anticipated contract will be a firm fixed price award with a base year and four one-year options, set aside for 8a competed small businesses. The primary objective is to provide comprehensive administrative support to SES leadership at SSP Headquarters in Washington, D.C., and additional office manager support in Florida. Key responsibilities include managing complex executive schedules, coordinating high-level meetings and conferences, processing correspondence according to Navy standards, and managing travel arrangements via the Defense Travel System. The contractor must provide full-time support between 0600 and 1800 Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Personnel must be proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of obtaining and maintaining a Secret security clearance, with a Final Secret Clearance specifically required for the SSP Security Office position. Evaluation factors for future award will focus on key personnel qualifications, the staffing and management approach, past performance in similar administrative scopes, and the quality control plan. Interested firms must submit a white paper capability statement not exceeding five pages, along with required company administrative data, by April 18, 2027.
