Executive Leadership Training for Women Facilities

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for market research purposes under FAR Part 10 to assess the availability of small business capability to develop and deliver a trauma-informed executive leadership training program for women and special populations within the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Contractors must identify key personnel with demonstrable experience working with incarcerated women, expertise in trauma-informed leadership training, and familiarity with correctional policies and federal security protocols, including HSPD-12 compliance and U.S. citizenship requirements.
