The Department of Justice, through its National Acquisitions office, has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research regarding the development and delivery of a comprehensive trauma-informed executive leadership training program tailored to the needs of women within the Federal Bureau of Prisons Women and Special Populations Branch. This RFI is strictly for information gathering and planning purposes under FAR Part 10, and it is not a solicitation or commitment to award a contract. The agency aims to assess the availability of qualified small business vendors to support a potential total small business set-aside procurement in accordance with FAR Part 19. Interested vendors are invited to submit voluntary responses electronically by June 29, 2026, to the provided contact, Heidi Bourne, at the Bureau of Prisons. Responses will aid in shaping the Government’s acquisition strategy but will not incur any cost reimbursements or guarantee future contracts. Vendors are advised that responding does not obligate the Government, nor does it preclude participation in any subsequent solicitation. This market research focuses on NAICS code 611430 and is centered in Washington, D.C., where the agency office and place of performance are located.
