This notice is prepared IAW RFO FAR 5.1 and 12.201-1(c)(2).  THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS.


The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for multilple firm-fixed price service contracts supporting Exercise Valiant Shield at Kanoya, Kagoshima, Japan.


The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to support exercise requirements.


Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must have valid licenses to perform work in the country of Japan. In addition, because the performance will take place at Kanoya JMSDF, access to the installation is restricted and requires prior approval and base entry authorization.
