Amendment 3:
The purpose of this Amendment is to:
- Update the language related to accessing Sensitive Security Information (SSI) and Classified Documents, as well as extend the date to request access.
- Update the due dates for CDP and QDP Submission.
- Provide contact information for firms identified in Section 3.3 “Notification to QPL Applicants of TSA Contractor Access to Proposal.”

Amendment 2:
The purpose of this Amendment is to:
- Replace ETD_QPL_Announcement_Amendment 1 with a version that shows the changes made in tracked changes.
- Remove Section 3.2 “Requirements and Duties for Handling Sensitive Security Information (SSI).”
- Remove Attachment 1 “DHS Non-Disclosure Form (DHS Form 11000-6).”
- Extend the due date for QPL Applicants to request access to SSI / Classified Documents.
- Shorten the due date for QPL Applicants to submit questions related to this QPL.
- Clarify vetting information.
- Provide responses to vendor questions received to date.
- Update outdated FAR references and TSA Terms.
