The United States Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ), located at Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey 07806-5000, intends to award a sole source contract to APTIM Federal Services, 4171 Essen Lane, Baton Rouge, LA 70809, for Explosive Waste Incinerator (EWI) Support Services. The Government plans to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm fixed price contract with a period of performance of twelve (12) months from the date of award. Additionally, the contract will include four (4) option years, allowing for a total potential duration of five (5) years. This acquisition will be conducted under the authority of Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, 41 U.S.C. 190, as implemented by FAR Part 12.
