The US Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Highland, New York. Due to a significant change in requirements from what is presently leased, the Government is seeking space for a new lease action under simplified lease acquisition procedures. The purpose of this notice is to identify a list of properties qualified to meet the agency's need, to be included in a formal Market Survey. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 2300 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet. Minimum ABOA square feet: 2300 Maximum ABOA square feet: 2520 The lease term requirement is for 10 years. The space must be available for occupancy by October 1, 2013.
