The US Department of Agriculture in Ville Platte, Louisiana is interested in leasing up to 3,960 rentable square feet of space and 35 parking spaces along with a 3,500 sq ft fenced, hard surface, and lighted parking compound with an 800 sq ft warehouse. The rentable square feet of space shall yield a minimum of 3,960 ANSI/BOMA to a maximum of 4,760 usable square feet of first class, high quality office space. To be considered, the office location must be within the boundaries as provided below: North- starting at the intersection of Highway 36 and 376 (Millers Lake Road), go East down Highway 376 until the intersection of Highway 167. Go south on Highway 167 then immediately East on Rixby Manuel Road, South on Highway 3042, East on Theophile Road, South on Tate Cove Road, continuing East on highway 363 until intersection at Adeuse Road. East- starting at the intersection of Highway 363 and Adeuse Road, go south to Jaco Road, West to Le Bois Arc Road, South down Le Bois Arc Road to Belaire Cove Road then continue South on Belaire Cove Road until Te Bonnet Road. Continue on a Southwesterly path down Te Bonnet Road until Attales Road then South down Attales Road until Highway 104. South- starting at the intersection of Attales Road and Highway 104, go West on Highway 104 to the Chataignier Highway (Highway 29), North on the Chataignier Highway (Highway 29), then West continuing on Highway 104. Continue on Highway 104 until Tiger Lane. West- starting at the intersection of Highway 104 and Tiger Lane, go North on Tiger Lane and continue North which turns in Highway 376. Continue North on Highway 376 until it intersects at Highway 36; which is the starting point of the "North Bound Border". The lease term will be for a 10-year term and occupancy is required by April 1, 2017.
