Expressions of Interest Sought REQUIREMENT: U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Air and Marine Operations, is seeking interest for available maintenance hangar with contiguous administrative / support space, consisting of approximately 14,400 SF (ABOA) - 15,000 SF (ABOA); 87,120 SF of adjoining apron/ramp; and 8,820 SF of adjoining parking. The hangar door clearance shall be a minimum height of 19 feet with a minimum width of 55 feet. Space must have direct access to a minimum of 10,000 feet long fully operational, hard surfaced / lighted runaway with instrument approach The offered space shall also have a direct line of sight to the runaway. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Hangar and related space must be a single tenant facility. The building and parking areas should provide acceptable access including adequate turning radius for large vehicles with trailers. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety; accessibility, seismic, sustainability, and shall be asbestos-free. The building and parking must be accessible to government personnel 24 hours per day, seven days per week. The space must be located within the following Airport: El Paso International Airport (ELP) CBP is considering space at the aforementioned airport for mission and economical advantageous. CBP requires to have sole access to the available hangar. CBP will consider, among other things, the availability of space that potentially can satisfy our requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred by tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure. CBP may be seeking to conduct a physical walk-through of the space being offered from the responses to this advertisement.
