The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency in Casey County, Kentucky is interested in leasing approximately 3,226 rentable square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 2,672 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space and 23 parking spaces. Lease term requirement is for 10 years. All office space and locations within the Liberty City Limits will be considered, with the exception of space located within the floodplain. Additionally, the area bounded or fronting the area beginning at the intersection of Highway 127 and Shugars Hill Rd, west on Shugars Hill Rd to the intersection of Shugars Hill Rd and Campbellsville St./Highway 70; then north along Campbellsville St, then Hoskins St, and Butchers St to Highway 49; then southeast to State Hwy 2314/Hustonville St to Hwy 127. The area fronting Hwy 127 North, approximately 1.7 miles, to Somerset Community College will be considered. From the college, south to Shugars Hill Rd. Preference will be given to first floor space.
