As a Federal Crown Corporation FCC is required to comply with the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act (“PSDPA”). As such we are required to protect the identity of any employee/Customer who discloses any wrongdoing. Currently FCC uses a Third Party Vendor to manage disclosures that are made anonymously, however if the FCC Ethics Office receives a disclosure it is managed in house.
