Le ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts (MRNF), par le biais de sa Direction de l’information géologique et de la promotion, au sein de la Direction générale de Géologie Québec, souhaite réaliser un projet d’extraction de données de géochimie de surface à partir de rapports en format statique (PDF). Le présent appel d’offres vise à octroyer un contrat de services visant à rendre exploitables les données de géochimie qui sont en format statique (PDF) dans les rapports statutaires des entreprises minières. Une extraction automatisée de ces données tabulaires sera réalisée à l’aide d’outils d’intelligence artificielle. Une petite partie des analyses nécessite aussi une localisation sur des plans qu’il faudra géoréférencer. Les données de géochimie et de localisation extraites seront ensuite soumises dans un format numérique compatible pour une intégration directe dans notre base de données SIGEOM. Le lieu de livraison est situé à l’adresse suivante : 5700, 4e Avenue Ouest, local D307 Québec (Québec) G1H 6R1. Le contrat débutera à la date de signature pour se terminer le 31 mars 2027,pour une durée prévue du contrat (sans option) de 12 mois. Les travaux devront se réaliser dès la signature du contrat pour se terminer au plus tard le 26 février 2027. La soumission doit être présentée par un prestataire de services ayant, au Québec ou dans un des territoires visés par les accords gouvernementaux applicables, un établissement où il exerce ses activités de façon permanente, clairement identifié à son nom et accessible durant les heures normales de bureau.
